Terms and Conditions

Cancelation Policy 

  • There is a no refund policy but if you reach out to us and provide at least 24 hours' notice, we will allow you to reschedule your class for another date.  This class must be rescheduled within the next 30 days. Exceptions will be made for extreme emergencies/situations.  If you are a no-show without at least 24 hours' notice you will not receive a refund or credit.

Student Minimum 

  • Classes of 6 or more students will take place at the Zimmer Club or equivalent, large classroom setting.  Smaller classes will take place at our alternate site or we can travel to your location, home, or office.

Rescheduling Policy

  • To reschedule:  To reschedule, you must contact us at 917 748-7144 and must provide at least 48 hours' notice.  If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave us a voice message and email us at mastertheskillscpr@gmail.com 
  • 3 days in advance or more notice. Students may only reschedule once within 30 days of the original class date.
  • 1-2 days before the day of the course: If you contact us within 1 to 2 days before the day of your course, a $25 fee will apply for all Courses.  This is because we were holding a roster spot for you which can prevent someone else from registering for our class.  Students may only reschedule once within 30 days of the original class date.   *Exceptions are made for extreme circumstances and emergencies.
  • On the day rescheduling: The student is not allowed to reschedule on the day of the course. A student who does request this will be considered a NO SHOW. Please see the NO SHOW policy below.
  • Rescheduled more than once: We do not allow rescheduling more than once. We will not refund nor grant credit to the student if the student is not able to make it to the rescheduled class unless there are extreme weather conditions rendering the student unable to come to class.

Lateness Policy:

  • Students must come to class on time. We recommend that students arrive  5-10 minutes prior to class start time so that they can settle in and be on time.  If the student is more than 15 minutes late to class, the student is considered a NO SHOW. If the student is late for a rescheduled class, the student will also be considered a NO SHOW. Please see below for the NO SHOW policy. If you know in advance that you will be late for your course, please reschedule within an adequate amount of time to prevent penalties. Please see the above rescheduling policy for more rescheduling details. *Exceptions are made for extreme circumstances and emergencies.

No Show Policy:

  • A student who does not show up to class and did not notify us before the start of the class is considered a NO SHOW. We do not honor refunds or provide credit for NO SHOW students.

Replacement Card or Misprinted Card:

  • ALL Printed, Laminated replacement cards are $10 each. 
  • Student eCards and completion certificates can be reprinted for FREE.
  • If we make an error, we will replace your card for free, of course.
  • If a student provides the wrong name or misspells their name on the class roster, they are subject to a replacement card fee of $10 for reprints of the laminated card.  The spelling on an eCard can be changed, as long as the eCard has not been claimed yet.  
  • Our instructors are very effective at double & triple checking to ensure correct spelling on Student Certification Cards.  If you have an issue, simply contact us and we will be glad to assist.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE:

  • If a charge is placed in dispute by the student (or the cardholder if it is not the student's card) because the student (or the cardholder) does not recognize/recall this charge, the student is responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges due on the transaction.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • At Master the Skills CPR, your privacy is very important to us. Any information you provide us is kept strictly confidential and is never sold to outside vendors. We use this information only to provide you with the services needed to transact your purchases and/or mail you your laminated CPR Certification Cards. 

On-Site Training

  • Master the Skills CPR will gladly come to your location to perform On-Site Training. We ask that you have a minimum of four people but do make exceptions. Once you have scheduled On-Site Training date, we request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the training. You can reschedule within 48 hours of the On-Site Training. Please be advised that you can only reschedule your training one time. If the On-Site Training is canceled, you will not receive the deposit back. Also, be aware that group discounts are given based on the number of students originally accounted for by the client. If fewer students than expected are present for the class,  will not issue a refund for those missing students due to the nature of the discount, we can instead issue a credit for the training of those students.
